Mohammad Reza Saket (Persian: محمدرضا ساکت; born 8 February 1962) is an Iranian businessman and football administrator and the former general secretary of Football Federation Islamic Republic of Iran. He was the chairman of Iranian football club Sepahan F.C.[2] from 1999 until his resignation in 2011. His role as the leader of a planned attack with hand-made bomb on Persepolis bus is under investigations. His personal ties with one of the attackers (Parsa Karimi - who've been seen riding a bike together) has been used as a strong evidence in interrogations. Meanwhile, the complaints made to AFC presenting evidences supporting Saket's role in this terrorist attack would cause a lifetime suspension from football related activities for him and elimination of Sepahan from AFC listed leagues.[3] [4]
