Morné Ferreira (born 2 February 1994) is a rugby referee on the National A Panel of the South African Rugby Union.[1]

Career[]

Ferreira is a member of the Golden Lions Rugby Union Referee's society. He is the brother of JP Ferreira, and studied at the University of Pretoria. He refereed the Varsity Cup final in 2021.[2] Ferreira was named on the World Rugby Sevens Series panel in 2021.[3] Ferreira made his Currie Cup Premier Division refereeing debut on 21 July 2021, officiating the match between the Free State Cheetahs and the Western Province in the 2021 Currie Cup Premier Division.[4]
