Mount Bloomfield

Mount Bloomfield (

72°59′S 65°37′E / 72.983°S 65.617°E / -72.983; 65.617Coordinates: 72°59′S 65°37′E / 72.983°S 65.617°E / -72.983; 65.617) is a low, domed, boulder-covered mountain 5 nautical miles (9 km) west of Mount Rymill in the southern Prince Charles Mountains. Mapped from air photos taken by ANARE (Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions) in 1956. Named by Antarctic Names Committee of Australia (ANCA) for Flight Lieutenant , RAAF, navigator with the at Mawson Station, 1960.
