Mount Deleon

Mount Deleon (

80°51′S 159°57′E / 80.850°S 159.950°E / -80.850; 159.950Coordinates: 80°51′S 159°57′E / 80.850°S 159.950°E / -80.850; 159.950) is a mainly ice-free mountain, 780 metres (2,560 ft) high, located along the south side of Entrikin Glacier, 9 nautical miles (17 km) west-northwest of Cape Douglas. It was named by the Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names for , a hauling equipment operator, U.S. Navy, and a member of the Byrd Station party, 1963.[1]
