79°20′S 158°55′E / 79.333°S 158.917°E / -79.333; 158.917Coordinates: 79°20′S 158°55′E / 79.333°S 158.917°E / -79.333; 158.917) is a conspicuous ice-covered flat-topped mountain, 2,060 metres (6,760 ft) high, standing at the north side of Carlyon Glacier, 6 nautical miles (11 km) southwest of Mount Keltie in Antarctica.[1] It was mapped by the United States Geological Survey from tellurometer surveys and Navy air photos, 1959–63, and was named by the Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names for , a geomagnetician at Little America V, 1958.[2][3]
