Mouth to Mouth is the sixth studio album by Australian pop rock band Mental As Anything, released in July 1987, and the album was produced by Richard Gottehrer. The album peaked at number 14 on the ARIA Charts.[2]

Recording[]

Throughout 1986, Mental As Anything recorded a significant amount of home[3] [4]and studio[5] demos of songs intended for their next album. Many of these songs still remain unreleased today, while others would appear on later side projects or solo releases. The following is a list of songs demoed during the Mouth To Mouth sessions but left unfinished or unreleased.

Singles[]

The first single from the album, "Let's Go to Paradise" (November 1986), peaked at #15 in Australia. The second single "He's Just No Good for You" reached #15 in Australia and also charted at number 88 on the UK Singles Chart.[6] The third and final single, "Don't Tell Me Now" only reached number #36 on the ARIA Charts.
