Muhammad Mustapha Abdallah (born November 13, 1954 in Hong, Adamawa State) is a retired Nigerian Army Colonel who served as Chairman of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency appointed to the post by President Muhammadu Buhari on January 11, 2016.[1][2][3]
