Muhammad Qasim Sadiq, also known as Baba Jee Sarkar (died November 21, 1943)[1] was a Sufi shaikh and purported saint who died at the town of Mohra Sharif, near the hill station Murree, now located in Pakistan. His urs is held at this location.[2]

Hazrat Khawaja Baba Ji was born around 1822. His 120 years of life forms a proud chapter of Islamic renaissance in this region of Asia. At the early age of twenty he had completed his education in various disciplines of Islam. After education attainments he devoted himself to prayers and preaching the message of Islam[3]

When he entered his 120th year of his life he fell ill. At his bedside he called his son, the First Sajjada Nasheen (Custodian of Dargah (Monstary)), His Majestic Holiness Crown of Sufis (Mystics) Khaja Ghareeb Nawaz Ameen-ul-Ummat Ala Hazrat Khawaja Pir Muhammad Zahid Khan known as Khawaja Pir Khan Sahib (RA), who had already attained spiritual heights, and conferred his "Khilafat" on him. After his death people come to his grave and pray. Eventually this developed into a formal shrine[citation needed] managed by his descendants.[citation needed].
