NCircle Entertainment is an entertainment content distributor based in Dallas, Texas that specializes in the sales, marketing, and distribution of children and family programming content.

History[]

NCircle was founded in 2006 and is led by industry veteran Mary Flynn.

NCircle has the rights to manage and distribute content from several studios.

Broadcasters (U.S. and Canada) for NCircle's content include: Disney XD, Cartoon Network, Disney Junior, Nick Jr., PBS Kids, Universal Kids, Treehouse TV, TVOKids and Netflix.

NCircle Entertainment is a division of Alliance Entertainment, which is the largest wholesale distributor of home entertainment audio and video software in the United States as well as an accomplished distribution channel for apparel, hardware, and accessories. The parent company is also unrelated to the former Canadian-owned company who held the same name, which was eventually sold to Entertainment One.

In 2019, Alliance Entertainment merged Mill Creek Entertainment and NCircle Entertainment into one company. As a result, NCircle Entertainment turned into a sub-label for children's entertainment.[1]
