Nam phrik phao (Thai: น้ำพริกเผา) is a type of Thai spicy chili sauce known as nam phrik, one of the chilli pastes used in Thai cuisine. It contains chiles, fermented shrimp, shallots, tamarind, galangal, and ginger.
