Namtumbo District

Coordinates: 10°27′59″S 36°07′48″E / 10.466417°S 36.130085°E / -10.466417; 36.130085 Namtumbo District is one of the five districts of the Ruvuma Region of Tanzania. It is bordered to the north by the Morogoro Region, to the east by the Tunduru District, to the south by Mozambique and to the east by the Songea Urban District and Songea Rural District.

As of 2002, the population of the Namtumbo District was 185,131.[1]
