Nan Fry

Nan Fry was an American poet who lived in Washington, DC.[1][2] Her work has appeared in a number of anthologies and journals. Fry was the author of several books of poetry, including Relearning The Dark, published by Washington Writers Publishing House. Some of her poems also appeared in a series of posters in the Washington and Baltimore transit systems during the Poetry Society of America's Poetry in Motion program. She died September 2016, Fry taught in the Academic Studies Department at the Corcoran College of Art & Design for over twenty years.
