The Nana-Barya Faunal Reserve is located in the Central African Republic. It was established in 1952..^[1] The reserve is named after the Nana Barya River which borders it in the north.

This reserve covers an area of 2,314 km² (893 sq mi). Since 2005, the protected area is considered a Lion Conservation Unit.^[2]
