Nanhai District Stadium

Nanhai District Stadium (Simplified Chinese: 南海区体育场) was a multi-use stadium in Foshan, China. It was used mostly for football matches and athletics events. Guangdong Sunray Cave played there in 2007.^[1] The stadium's capacity was 8,000 people and it was built in 1989. Plans to demolish it were announced in 2007.^[2] It was located on the west side of Nanhai Dadao and is now shops (the block immediately south of Nanhai Plaza bordered by Haiyi Lu and Haihui Lu).^[3] Coordinates: 23°02′39″N 113°08′11″E / 23.044244°N 113.136258°E / 23.044244; 113.136258
