Nathaniel Mills (born February 15, 1970) is an American speed skater. He competed at the 1992 Winter Olympics, the 1994 Winter Olympics and the 1998 Winter Olympics and was captain of the U.S. Olympic speedskating team in 1998.[1][2][3]

In 2002, Mills co-founded DC-ICE, a program that introduces youth in Washington, D.C. to skating sports. This program introduced Maame Biney, a member of the 2018 U.S. Olympic short-track speedskating team, to the sport.[3]

Mills' is the brother of Olympic gymnast Phoebe Mills[4] and Junior World Figure Skating Champion Jessica Mills.[5]
