National Unity Party (East Timor)

The National Unity Party (Partido Unidade Nacional) is a Christian democratic party in East Timor.[1][2] The party was established in October of 2005, and occupies some centrist and some centre-right positions. In the parliamentary election held on 30 June 2007, the party won 4.55% of the total votes and 3 seats in parliament including that of its leader Fernanda Borges.[3] It did not win any seats in the 2012 election.
