Early days[]

Neeta Shah is a half Gujarati and half Parsi from Mumbai.[2] She initially wanted to work in Bollywood, but her family's practical ambitions ensured that she instead studied to become a certified chartered account.[2] She later decided to follow her true passion for arts, films and creativity. A former chartered accountant, she is now an author as well as a Marketing and Strategy Consultant. After dabbling in modeling for a lark, she featured in Channel V's popular fiction show – 'Roomies'.

Writing, an old hobby resurfaced as she decided to pen the 'behind-the-scenes' of Bollywood into her current book – Bollywood Striptease.
