Neil Ayrton (born 11 February 1962 in Lewisham), is a former professional footballer who played as a forward.
Since retiring from professional football Neil has enjoyed a successful running, cycling and triathlon career, representing Blackheath and Bromley Harriers Athletic Club. Notable highlights have been Ironman Antwerp 70.3 triathlons in 2009 and 2010 and Vitruvian Middle Distance Triathlons in 2011 and 2012. Recent focuses have been geared towards marathon running at Lochness Marathon in 2013.
