Neil Lowe (born (1978-12-20)20 December 1978) is a former Scotland international rugby league footballer who played in the 1990s, 2000s and 2010s. He played at club level for Featherstone Rovers (Heritage No.), Salford, Doncaster, York City Knights, Keighley Cougars and the Hunslet Hawks, as a second-row.

Neil Lowe played right-second-row, i.e. number 12, in Featherstone Rovers' 22–24 defeat by Wakefield Trinity in the 1998 First Division Grand Final at McAlpine Stadium, Huddersfield on 26 September 1998.[3]
