Nemophora sylvatica is a moth of the Adelidae family or fairy longhorn moths. It was assessed by in 1995. It is found on the Kuriles^[1] and in the Russian Far East and Japan^[2] (including Hokkaido, Honshu and Shikoku).

The wingspan is 12–14 mm.^[3] The basal half of the forewings are golden yellow with some black and bluish scales and a narrow bronzy streak.
