Neobalinae is a small subfamily in the family Cicadellidae (leafhoppers).

Description[]

Neobaline leafhoppers are often darkly coloured with fluorescent accents.[1]

Distribution[]

Members of the subfamily are found feeding on Dicotyledon trees and shrubs in the Neotropics.[2]
