Niżowa [niˈʐɔva] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Gdów, within Wieliczka County, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, in southern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) north-west of Gdów, 9 km (6 mi) south-east of Wieliczka, and 21 km (13 mi) south-east of the regional capital Kraków.

The village has a population of 186.
