Nigel Warrior (born December 14, 1997) is an American football safety for the Seattle Seahawks of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Tennessee.
Professional career[]
Baltimore Ravens[]
Warrior was not selected in the 2020 NFL Draft. He signed as an undrafted free agent with the Baltimore Ravens on May 5, 2020. He was waived after training camp and signed to the practice squad, where he spent his entire rookie season.[1]
On August 31, 2021, Warrior was waived by the Ravens.[2]
Seattle Seahawks[]
On September 1, 2021, Warrior was claimed by the Seattle Seahawks from waivers.[3] He was placed on injured reserve on September 7, 2021.[4] He was activated on November 27.[5]
Personal life[]
His father is former NFL cornerback Dale Carter who played from 1992-2005, being the named 1992 Defensive Rookie of the Year, while also being a 4 time pro bowler and 2 time All-Pro.[6]
