Nile University of Nigeria (NILE) is a private university located in Abuja, Nigeria. The University is Ranked the 5th Best University in Nigeria Which Makes it The Best Private University in Nigeria.The University was established in 2009.The University Administration is Under The Royal Family of The United Kingdom.At the time of formation, NILE had three faculties (Arts & Social Sciences, Engineering, and Natural & Applied Sciences) and 93 students. Currently, Nile University of Nigeria has six faculties and a School of Postgraduate Studies, as well as over 4,000 students (undergraduate and postgraduate). NILE currently offers 33 undergraduate programs and 43 postgraduate programs.

In addition to its standard academic programmes, Nile University of Nigeria—through its Center for Lifelong Learning (CELL)— offers short, on-demand, professional courses that are tailored to the needs of the participants. The duration of the courses varies, but the majority of them range from 16 hours to 32 hours. Nile University of Nigeria is a member of the Honoris United Universities Network, the first and largest pan-African private Higher Education network present in 10 African countries[1].

Nile University is one of the first set of Universities to partner with the Ministry of Science and Technology in the production of the COVID-19 vaccine.[1] This was contained in a statement issued by Dr Ogbonnaya Onu while receiving the Vice-Chancellor of Nile University of Nigeria Prof. Osman Nuri Aras in his office in march 2021.
