Nivaldo Rodrigues Ferreira (born 22 June 1988), known as Nivaldo, is a Brazilian football midfielder and striker plays for Chaika Petropavlivska Borshchahivka.

Career[]

Club[]

On 16 August 2012, Nivaldo played on trial for FC Ufa reserve team.[1] In July 2013, Nivaldo joined Sibir Novosibirsk,[2] going on to make his debut for them in the Russian Football League against FC Ufa.[3] On 14 August 2014, Nivaldo signed for Luch-Energiya Vladivostok.[4] Little over two-years later, on 25 August 2016, Nivaldo signed a one-year contract with Yenisey Krasnoyarsk.[5] Nivaldo was released by Yenisey on 31 January 2017.[6]

Lokomotiv Tashkent[]

On 1 February 2018, Nivaldo signed on loan for Lokomotiv Tashkent until 30 June 2018.[7][8] Nivaldo returned to Dinamo Brest on 25 June 2018.[9]

SC Chaika[]

In summer 2021 he moved to SC Chaika, in Ukrainian Second League[10] and on 14 July 2021 he scored two goals for SC Chaika in the friendly match against FC Chernihiv in Plysky ended 3-0.[11] On 25 July was made his debut with the new team in Ukrainian Second League in the season 2021-22 against Bukovyna Chernivtsi.[12] On 18 August 2021 he made his debut in Ukrainian Cup for the Second preliminary round, against FC Chernihiv in the season 2021–22. The match was ended 1-1 and into the penalty Nivaldo scored by penalty but the team lost and couldn't get into the Third preliminary round.[13]

Personal life[]

Nivaldo is married to Ukrainian Tennis player, , with the couple having two children, Alexander and Sofia.[14]
