Nora to Zassō (ノラと雑草, "The Stray and The Weeds") is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Keigo Shinzō. It has been serialized in Kodansha's Monthly Morning Two since April 2018, with its chapters collected in four tankōbon volumes as of October 2020.

Nora to Zassō is written and illustrated by Keigo Shinzō. The series began in Kodansha's Monthly Morning Two on April 21, 2018.[1] Shinzō was hospitalized and underwent treatment for lymphoma in April 2020, putting the manga on hiatus.[2][3] In November 2020, Shinzō announced that his lymphoma is in full remission.[4] Kodansha has collected the Nora to Zassō chapters into individual tankōbon volumes. The first volume was released on November 22, 2018.[5] As of October 23, 2020, four volumes have been released.[6]

The manga is licensed in France by Le Lézard Noir.[7]

Reception[]

Nora to Zassō was nominated for the French 14th ACBD's Prix Asie de la Critique 2020.[10][11][12] The manga has been nominated for the Best Comic Award at the 48th Angoulême International Comics Festival 2021.[13][14]
