North by North Western (NXNW) was a seven-day arts festival in Wigan, Greater Manchester that ran from 2007 to 2009. Run by volunteers, the festival occurred annually in August.[1] It focused on local music, art, poetry and film.
Artists and acts that performed at the festival include Gerard Starkie, Selfish Cunt, Voluntary Butler Scheme, and Cowtown.
