Oak Hill School (OHS) is a K-12 independent school in Eugene, Oregon, United States.

Oak Hill School provides a college preparatory program for students. Founded in 1994. Oak Hill School offers instruction to grades K-12. Oak Hill has been accredited by the Northwest Association of Accredited Schools since 1998.[1] It is also accredited by the Pacific Northwest Association of Independent Schools.[2] and is licensed by the state of Oregon. The campus sits on 72 acres of former ranch land overlooking the South Eugene Hills.

K-8 students at Oak Hill are offered Mandarin Chinese.[6]
