Odd Christian Eiking (born 28 December 1994) is a Norwegian cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam Intermarché–Wanty–Gobert Matériaux.[5]

He was named in the startlist for the 2016 Vuelta a España.[6]

In August 2017, Eiking signed a contract with Wanty–Groupe Gobert and joined them ahead of the 2018 season.[7] In July 2019, he was named in the startlist for the 2019 Tour de France.[8]

In the 2021 Vuelta a España, he took the red leader's jersey (maillot rojo) after Stage 10. He was involved in a large breakaway that finished better than ten minutes ahead of the main field. Eiking took the lead by about a minute over Guillaume Martin, who was the only other highly placed rider in the break. He would go on to hold the race lead for seven stages.[9] Despite losing the lead Eiking rode hard for the remainder of the race staying with or near the GC riders on most occasions. He finished the race in 11th place overall.
