Oliver Charles Hughes (Russian: Оливер Чарлз Хьюз; born 27 June 1970 in Folkestone, England) is a Russian entrepreneur and financier of British origin. He graduated from the University of Sussex in 1992. He is fluent in French and Russian. He has been heading Tinkoff Bank since 2007.[1] In 2021, he left the post of chairman of the board and joined the board of directors of TCS Group.[2]
