Who's Who in Los Angeles Business[]

Founder Tracy Olmstead Williams was named to the Los Angeles Business Journal's "Who's Who in Los Angeles Business" on January 6, 2014,[1] January 5, 2015[2] and again on January 4, 2016.[3]

Position on homosexuality[]

In November 2013, a pro bono campaign for the Western Los Angeles County Council of the Boy Scouts, "Inclusion Now for All Gay Boy Scouts and Leaders: Western LA County Council Sends Clear Message," won a 2013 PRism Award from PRSA-Los Angeles.[4]

Post-pandemic outlook[]

In 2021, OWC CEO Tracy Williams and senior associate Paulo Acuña were quoted in the Los Angeles Times as part of the publication's back-to-the-office exclusive in June 2021. “We’ll have the cleanest air in the building,” said Williams in reference to the agency's air purification. “But do we still need seven offices and a conference room with a view? Frankly, I don’t know. It’s one of the big questions for every business.”[5]

“I can’t really decipher what it was like — if it was good or bad,” Acuña said upon returning to the office for a day briefly. “It was weird. It’s been a long time since we’ve been together.”[6]
