One Limassol, otherwise known as simply One,[1] is an apartment block in Limassol, Cyprus. Construction for the project was meant to begin in early 2016,[2] but was pushed back to November 2017.[citation needed] It has a total of 38 floors and it rises to a height of 170 meters (558 ft.),[3][4] making it the tallest building in Cyprus.[5]
