Oost-Graftdijk is a town in the Dutch province of North Holland. It is a part of the municipality of Alkmaar, and lies about 11 km west of Purmerend.

In 2001, the town of Oost-Graftdijk had 145 inhabitants. The built-up area of the town was 0.031 km2, and contained 58 residences.[1] The statistical area "Oost-Graftdijk", which also can include the peripheral parts of the village, as well as the surrounding countryside, has a population of around 340.[2]
