Osbourn is a settlement in Antigua and Barbuda, home to V.C. Bird International Airport. The settlement includes all or portions of the towns of: New Winthorpes, Barnes Hill, Piggotts, Carlisle, Fitches Creek, Coolidge, and the enumeration district of Airport.

Osbourn contains the largest airport in Antigua and Barbuda, V. C. Bird International Airport, the LIAT Head Office and the Ministry of Information as well as the Coolidge Cricket Ground.
