The Otoro language (Utoro, Dhitoro, Litoro) is a Niger–Congo language in the Heiban family spoken in Kordofan, Sudan.

It is also called Kawama (Kawarma). Dialects are Dugujur, Dukwara, Dorobe, Dogoridi.
