PLS Logistics Service (PLS), founded in 1991, has become one of the country's leading third-party logistics providers to the metals, lumber, and building industries. Headquartered in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Pittsburgh, PLS provides domestic freight transportation, logistics, and technology services. PLS serves many companies, including suppliers, producers, wholesalers, service centers, and end-users.

PLS Logistics Services has its proprietary transportation management system, PLS PRO. The PLS PRO System is a web-based transportation automation tool created and operated by PLS Logistics Services. It lets carriers, brokers, and customers gain visibility into the transportation process and manage operations.
