Pat Bond (Eulenspiegel Society)

Pat Bond (May 26, 1926 – February 13, 2021) was an American BDSM pioneer, known for founding the first BDSM organization in the United States.[1]

In 1971, as a 44-year-old working as a music teacher, Bond and (who used the name Terry Kolb) founded the Eulenspiegel Society in New York City as an informal association and support group for masochists; sadists joined shortly after in that same year.[2]

Together with Terry Kolb, he was inducted into the in 2015.[2][3]

He died on February 13, 2021 at the age of 94.[4]
