The Pearl Initiative is a non-profit organisation founded in 2010 that focuses on corporate accountability and transparency in the Gulf region.[1]

The organization publishes reports,[2] and holds regular events.[3][4] It holds annual Case Study Competitions across the Gulf Region.[5][6][7][8][9] The Pearl Initiative has been involved with the Siemens Integrity Initiative, [10][11] and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.[12]
