Peggy Harley, born into a musical family, is a recording artist/singer-songwriter/producer/composer and public speaker. She has worked with artists such as Micheal Hutchunce of INXS, Mariah Carey, Kenny Loggins, Todd Terry and George Michael. She released a single called "It Will Never Happen Again". Peggy Harley's 2017 EP single "It Will Never Happen Again" was released in March 2017. Harley won a lawsuit 08 Civ 5791[1]
