Phat Kongrum (Thai: พัด คงรัมย์, born 7 September 1959) is a Thai amateur boxer. He competed in the men's lightweight event at the 1988 Summer Olympics.[1]
Before amateur boxing, Kongrum had been in Muay Thai before in the name "Samingnoom Sithiboontham" (สมิงหนุ่ม สิทธิบุญธรรม), considered one of the famous Muay Thai boxers. He has fought with many famous Muay Thai boxers in 1980s, such as Samart Payakaroon, Nokweed Devy, etc. With Payakaroon, he has fought twice in the year 1982 and in 1984 he lost both times.[2]
