Phillip A. Stewart is a United States Air Force major general who serves as the Deputy Chief of Staff for Strategic Employment of the Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe. Previously, he was the Commanding General of the NATO Alliance Ground Surveillance Force.[1][2][3][4][5]
