Phunchog Rai
Phunchog Rai is an Indian politician from Himachal Pradesh. He belongs to the Indian National Congress Party.
In 1990 and 1993, he was elected from Lahaul and Spiti district's Lahaul and Spiti assembly constituency of Himachal Pradesh.He has also been the cabinet Minister under the leadership of former 6 time Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh, Shri Virbhadra Singh[1]
