Piszczaty-Kończany [piʂˈt͡ʂatɨ kɔɲˈt͡ʂanɨ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Kobylin-Borzymy, within Wysokie Mazowieckie County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) south-west of Kobylin-Borzymy, 17 km (11 mi) north-east of Wysokie Mazowieckie, and 38 km (24 mi) west of the regional capital Białystok.

The village has a population of 106.
