Police & Thief (also spelled as Police and Thief) (Chinese: 警察与贼) is a 2004 Singaporean sitcom that aired on MediaCorp TV Channel 5 between 2004 and 2010. One episode was also aired in Mandarin (undubbed, with some English dialogue) on MediaCorp TV Channel 8 in 2009. Two seasons were later dubbed into Mandarin and aired on Channel 8 in 2012, becoming Channel 5's first ever sitcom to be dubbed into Mandarin.

Synopsis[]

Sgt Dollah Abu Bakar is a single-father and police officer whose neighbour Lee Tok Kong is an ex-gangster. The two constantly bicker but sometimes help each other's families out. There is also slight friction between their children who attend the same school. In season 2, Sgt Dollah remarries Haslindah. The sitcom had its 6th and final season aired in March 2010.
