Polish-Jewish Studies – the annual, peer-reviewed journal which is published by the Institute of National Remembrance since 2020, focused on Polish-Jewish history. The journal is published once a year in Polish and English.

History[]

The journal publishes scientific texts in English and Polish, in the area of humanities and social sciences. The articles concerning of Polish-Jewish relations and the history of the Jewish community in Poland in the 20th century. The goal of the publication is presenting national, foreign and regional researches and showing readers the activity of the Institute of National Remembrance concerning to preserve the memory of Polish Jews. The bilingualism of the articles ensures a wide audience, the journal becomes a platform for scientific analysis of Polish-Jewish relations and discussions about it.[1]

The periodical is divided into three sections: „Studies”, „Reviews / Polemics” and „Chronicle”. Articles published in the journal are reviewed by recognized Polish researchers. The journal received 20 points (MENiS). The Institute of National Remembrance propagates the journal in the form of a book and online. The latest number of periodical was presented in the press conference on January 21, 2021 in the Educational Center IPN of the Janusz Kurtyka's name in Warsaw.[2]
