Popstrangers

Popstrangers are a rock band. Formed in 2009 in Wellington, New Zealand, they relocated to London in 2013 or 2014.[1]

History[]

The band was formed by singer and guitarist Joel Flyger, bassist Adam Page, and drummer Elliott Rawson in 2009 in Wellington, New Zealand.[1]

In September 2009, Popstrangers release an eponymous EP and a split single with a band called .[1][2]

In 2009 or 2010 drummer Elliott Rawson is replaced with Jimmy Mac. In 2010 the band releases an EP titled Happy Accidents.[1]

Later drummer Jimmy Mac is replaced with David Larson. In 2013 the band releases a debut full-length album titled Antipodes.[1]

Then the band relocates to London. Popstrangers' second full-length album, titled Fortuna, is released in 2014.[1]
