Priya Anna Kurian is a New Zealand political science academic. She is currently a full professor at the University of Waikato.[1]

Academic career[]

After several years working as a reporter in India, Kurian completed a 1995 PhD titled 'Gender and environmental policy: A feminist evaluation of environmental impact assessment and the World Bank.' at the Purdue University, they then moved to the University of Waikato, rising to full professor.[1]

Kurian is married to fellow Waikato professor .[2]
