Protographium dioxippus lacandones, the thick-border kite swallowtail, is a subspecies of butterfly of the family Papilionidae. It is found in Mexico and Central America. The subspecies was first described by Henry Walter Bates in 1864.[1][2]
This subspecies is sold to collectors.[3]
