Pseudogynoxys cummingii is a species of the genus Pseudogynoxys and family Asteraceae. According to the photographer of this photograph, it is also one of three species of Pseudogynoxys that are known in cultivation.^[2] However, Missouri Botanical Gardens claims it is a synonym of Pseudogynoxys benthamii,^[1] which Spanish Wikipedia claims is on the IUCN Red List but a search there does not support this.^[3]
