Puss In Boots' Giant Journey is a roller coaster based on the character Puss in Boots from the Shrek franchise, located at Universal Studios Singapore. As the parks' second inverted roller coaster, it began operating on 8 April 2015 in the Far Far Away Section.

Design[]

The roller coaster is inspired by the character Puss in Boots from the Shrek film series. The ride consists of suspended basket-shaped vehicles (up to 9 people per ride vehicle) operating at slow and moderate speeds along a green colored Track.

Layout[]

Pre-show[]

Riders enter a queue leading to a screen where Puss in Boots tells them about taking the eggs of a giant goose to save the San Ricardo orphanage and the vehicle prototype. The riders head into a giant kitchen, where they board basket shaped vehicles.

Ride[]

The basket first gets "wind" from Puss in Boots using a wine bottle before going up a spiral lift hill. Once at the top, the basket crashes through a wall with Puss in Boots getting confronted by the mother goose. The basket goes down and gets attacked by the chicks creating a deafening noise before speeding to where Puss in Boots reassures the mother goose and celebrates and congratulates the riders on their mission. The basket then returns to the loading station.

Operation[]

The ride began operating in Singapore on 8 April 2015 at Far Far Away Section.[1]
